Glam Social Event Services does not like to rush, we take our time to set up your event so it is perfect. GSE requires a minimal set up time of 3 hours prior to the start of your event. Clients are responsible to purchase additional set up time from your venue. Example: Event starts at 3:00pm, Client needs to tell venue Set up time from 12:00pm to 3:00pm.
The client takes full responsibility for the actions of their guest. Any damages or loss that occurs to Glam Social Event Services equipment or items during the contract agreement time that was caused by client or the client guest. The client is responsible to submit payment once invoice is received.
All rental items are the property of Glam Social Event Services. All rental items must be returned on time and in good condition. Any rental item that is not returned on time, in good condition, damage by the client or their guest during the contract agreement. The client takes full responsibility. The client is responsible to submit payment once invoice is received.
All services and packages require a non-refundable deposit in order to reserve your event date. All deposit will be subtracted from your remaining balance owed.
All remaining balance are due 14 days prior to your event date. Glam Social Event Services has the right to cancel services provided if payment agreement is not paid in full by due date and time.
The client is responsible for keeping Glam Social Event Service property in a safe and dry area. The client will be responsible for any damages that occur.
$100.00 rush fee is required for all events booked under 3 weeks. Rush Fee is not refundable
All packages have a set starting price, Client have the option to add additional items to every package.
Glam Social Event Service requires all cancellations to be submitted in writing to Info@glamsocialevents.com. Due to loss of potential clients Glam Social Event Service does not have to reschedule any event cancelled by the client.
Glam Social Event Service is aware that sometimes unforeseen events can occur. In the case should unforeseen event occur we will try to accommodate you by rescheduling our services for a future event date within reason. All rescheduled events will not be grantee but at the discretion of Glam Social Event Services.
In the event that Glam Social Event Services has to cancel your event for any reason the client will be refunded all money paid within 30 days of cancellation date.
Glam Social Event Service will not issue refunds or reschedule events due to the client canceling the event for any reason related to coronavirus/covid 19. Unless mandated by the government to shut down or stop operating. In the case we are force to stop operating by the government the client will be given the option to be refunded or reschedule event to a new date within the same calendar year.
Glam Social Event Service requires all refund request to be submitted in writing to Info@glamsocialevents.com. Refunds will only be issued If event has been booked and cancelled 60 days prior to the event date. Only money eligible for refund is money paid outside of the deposit and rush fee. Deposits are not refundable. Deposits secures your event date and time. Rush fee are not refundable. Rush fee is required for all events booked under 3 weeks.
At the end of your event the client should make sure all trash has been removed. Glam Social Event Service will only break down décor. If Trash has not been removed the client will be charged $150.00 cleaning fee via your initial form of payment.
